Behavioural detection in the ‘night-time economy (NTE)’ is a bespoke course to support agencies tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). We focus on identifying predators and utilise our work with Project Vigilant to ensure staff understand the method operandi (MO).

CCTV Behavioural Detection
One-day course
CCTV Behavioural Detection is a one-day course, designed for trained CCTV staff to provide them with the knowledge and skills to support Behavioural Detection operations through the detection of hostiles and hostile intent. This course is accredited by IABDA at ‘enhanced’ level, meaning that those who complete this course can, upon membership of IABDA, use the post nominal ‘EBDA’.

Our two-day Behavioural Detection Officer (BDO) mentoring course is for trained BDOs to allow them to utilise a developed level of training in order to support and develop other BDOs, or those aspiring to become BDOs.

One day awareness of BD
This is a one-day Behavioural Detection Awareness (BDA) course designed to be used by companies/agencies to give customer facing staff a basic awareness of BDA. This is presented in a training environment to staff who would benefit from a developed input. This course is also accredited by IABDA at ‘awareness’ level.
Forty-minute online course
This is a forty minute online Behavioural Detection Awareness (BDA) course designed to be used by companies to give staff at all levels a basic awareness of BDA. This can be presented in the form of a half day course by our trainers to staff who would benefit from a developed input. This course is also accredited by IABDA at ‘awareness’ level.
